Dust mites?

In my bathroom there are some tiny tiny insects on the white wall tiles. They are about 1mm long- if that, and are translucent/yellowy in colour. I don't like there to be ANY insects inside- particularly the bathroom. Anyone know what they are and how I can get rid of them?
