If you do and your cat has taken to doing this anyway try putting something, such as a large plant, in the corner for a week or so - hopefully she won't go anywhere else in the house!
You can't also get sprays that are supposed to put them off because of the smell. Or try putting her toys there or some cat nip so she sees it as an area to play and not to poo.
Do you know why she has started doing this? Has anything distressing happened to her recently?
