Does anyone know any UK breeders of Tamaskan dogs? Also what is a good price for one?

The first litter of Tamaskan puppies in the UK were born on 25/05/06.

There is a litter due in the south of England at the end of October.

No idea of price, but still cheaper than importing one from Finland!

The price of a Northern Inuit or a Utonagan is around �600 - �800, although these tend to be more crossbred than purebred, with GSD/Husky/Malamute breeding. I would therefore think that the price of a Tamaskan Dog would be at least �800.

I can remember the Blustag kennels showing Belgian Shepherd Dogs.

I haven't seen one of these in the flesh, but from the pictures they seem to be much more of a 'type' than the Northern Inuits or Utonagans, which always seem to be very different types and mostly resembling GSD crosses.

Strange though how these 'new' breeds always seem to have their own 'registration schemes' - usually set up and run by the people breeding and selling them!
