tiny black fly-type insects

Have had these in bathroom for few weeks now. Are mostly round washbasin. They are really easy to catch and aquish, but what are they? Any ideas? Yes, I am very, very clean!!!

Don't worry we all get creepy crawlies!
Do you have plants in your bathroom? If so they might be coming from the compost.
If not, try trickling some bleach down the overflow outlet in your basin, leave at least 20 mins, swill some water through & see whether that works.
Robinia's answer is on the mark. If for some reason it doesn't work remember that these little guys have to eat and won't stray too far from their food supply. No food, no bug.
