budgie survival

my budgies have just escaped. can they survive in the wild?

Not as a rule, wild birds will probably attack it and I don't think it could stand the cold at this time of year. Put some posters up locally, somebody might find them. Good luck.

Unfortunatly as allready said,it more than likely will be attacked,and also unless it flys to a garden with wild birdseed in so it can at least get the small seed it will not survive.The best thing to do...............and you have a few options here,1, call your local radio station and ask them to put it out, 2, advertise in your local newspaper in the lost column, 3, put a sign up in your garden, 4, go door to door.
You never know someone may of taken it in.
