There are many sites where you can give your latitude and longitude and time zone, and they'll provide sunrise and sunset times. Finding your latitude and longitude is easy using Google Earth, but don't worry if you don't have it - just type in your postcode on the BBC Weather site (here) and it will show you the co-ordinates of a weather station close to you. (Remember, negative longitude means West). One of the best sites that will give you a table for a year can be found here
The sit heathfield recomends is the best. I use it for sunrise/sunset and moonrise/moonset tables for our ********** Lookout. If you know someone with a GPS you can get the latitude & longtitude of your preferred spot.
Failing that I can give you the coordinates of our lookout in Redcar which may not be too far away.
