i have a west highland terrier and one of her ears is pricked up the other one is not pricked up. both ears was pricked up but one of them isn't now why?

I suspect she is teething. The muscles in the jaw are attached to the ones at the base of the ears, and when they are teething they tend to go up and down like yoyos.

Give her things to chew on to strengthen the muscles.

They should attain their adult status by the time she is about five or six months.
