chineses water dragon - dino needs ur help!!!!
0 Answers
I recently (7 wks) got a water dragon off my younger sister who had been given terrible advice on how to look after him. For the first 4/5 months of his life he did not have correct heating or UVB lighting.
We now have him in a very comfortable vivarium with all the correct lighting, heating & water etc. Since he has become alot more active while the lights are on (uvb + basking light above water) and sleeping while the lights off. We are hoping he may shed his skin soon and start to grow as he is still only approx. 3 inches long (not inc. tail).
The problem we are having now is that he has stoppped eating and has not eaten for 6 days and i am getting worried. I know some people force feed them but i wouldn't know here to start. We have cooled crikets dusted with calcium powder etc., meal worms, wax worms but nothing seems to be taking his fancy. any suggestions???????
