Slowest cake in the world...

We all know what the fastest cake in the world is ("Scone!"), but my colleague heard a joke about the slowest cake in the world, but can't remember what it is!
Any ideas?

I worked there for the probation service...so you can imagine the type of cretin I met. I understand that The League of Gentlemen was filmed near there...a clear case of type-casting , don't you think?

i lived Derbyshire way for a while (tho what i did for my sins to deserve that god alone knows)
But NOTHING comperes to Dove Holes for backward folk tha' nose! ay up me duck, - shift tha' grate ummocks (sic) etc etc
