Sloth Sound?

What is the sount a 'sloth' makes?

Generally, a sloth is believed to be silent. They have however been documented to occasionally make a low grunt-like sound, and a gurgling hissing noise when annoyed. I'm not sure if this sound is made with proper vocal cords.

i have it on good authority from an ex zookeeper that if you tread on one it goes "yip". And runs away. Slowly.
