Best Flea treatment for cats??

What's the best- I usually get Frontline from the Vets but I think my cats or should I sat their visitors seem to becoming immune to it-What does everyone recommend and is there a treatment from the vet which lasts longer term than 6 -8 weeks?

Frontline is the best - but make sure you get the spray rather than the 'spot on' stuff which you put on the back of the neck. it is more expensive, but is more cost effective in the long run. If your cat doesn't like being sprayed then spray it on a rubber or latex glove and rub it over him.

I use the Frontline Combo (flea and tick) spot treatment and havn't noticed any problems. I do tend to spray the house periodically as well especially where the cats sleep so this may also help

i use bob martin every 4 weeks, spray the house with wilko flea spray once a month. flea free for 6 months since being regular with treatment, if u leave it tooo long the come back to get ya!! itchy itch. I also do my neighbours cats at the same time, as the my neighbour is disabled, and it keeps the fleas from spreadin

I use Frontline Combo and found it pretty good. I buy it on ebay from a French company it works out about �18. My vet usually charges �32.

I used frontline - the one on the back of the neck i put it on my cats regularly but i found they kept getting reinfested so we vacated and i put 4 flea bombs in the house. We havent had a problem since also we arent getting white tailed spiders anymore.
