what is the legality about growing cannabis plants ,Cannabis sativa , hemp ? i was told you can grow 2 legally

Cannabis is illegal, so limiting the number would be silly, or zero would be good.

The law:

* Cannabis is a Class C drug. Cannabis oil is a Class A drug;
* If you're caught growing cannabis in your home you will be arrested and prosecuted. You may also be charged with 'intent to supply', which carries the same penalties as dealing (a maximum of 14 years in prison);
* Blatant smoking in public may also lead to arrest
