I wondered does anyone no when Watton horse fair is.

Is Watton in Norfolk near sort of Snetterton as we were camping there at easter and there was a big horse fair advertised and Watton rings a bell but it was on easter week end so you missed it

I saw somewhere that after the 2003 or 2004 fair they had cancelled it indefinitely due to vandalism, and gypsy travellers.

I just looked on map and it was deffinatly watton where we were and it was on easter weekend sorry.

It is in Norfolk, on the B1108 Watton to Thetford Road, just outside Watton. Think its on Sunday 6th May - anyone in the area watch your dogs that week as they have a tendency to go missing - not scaremongering, fact!

Oh heck I am sooo sorry. After speaking to my mother in law and saying what a coincedence it was about your question she said she reckonet the sign said it was May 6th not April 6th. I have Googled watton horse fair but went round in circles and found out nothing. You may not have missed it yet. I would try the Norfolk Tourist Info. Having said that Lankeela is most likley right anyway.
