I'm reasonably adventurous and will try most things, but have never eaten Chinese chicken or duck feet, because I don't know what to do with them. I'd hate to look an idiot having spent ages nibbling all the meat off them, only to find that you're only meant to suck the sauce off them or something. Anyone know the correct way to eat them?
Use them in soups, stews or in aspic (or jelly). Very tasty, but hard to find in the shops.
