suited pet

hi could any one tell me if there is a site that i could go on to see what type of pet would be most suited to my personality,,i dont seem to have much luck with cats ,but i adore them,,ive had 3 that got knocked over ,,and i might add that it isnt busy for traffic, and its like cat ally where i live and every one elses cat seems to be doing just fine.so if any one can help then thankyou xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

By the sounds of it i would say you dont have much luck :( sorry to hear about your cats.
If you adore cats, why not get a kitten and have it as an indoor cat? my best mate has 6 cats that are all indoor cats and they are all fantastic animals!
I have 7 cats, some love the outdoors, some prefer to stay in! Also have a Samoyed & a hamster & fishies!
I would never use a website to say what kind of pet i should have.

thanx wiggal.i did consider having an indoor cat ,but didnt know if it was cruel or not to keep them from the outdoor world ,,as i know they love to chase and hunt,,and fresh air is good.i get what your saying about using the comp to tell you what kind of pet to have ,,but what i was trying to say is there are many different kind of pets ,,take dogs for instance,,if you look at different types of dogs,breeds,,,there are personalitys to the breeds,,ie some are energetic,,some are mischeivus ect.....ther may be a site that is knowlegable in suiting my personality to a type of pet..thankyou though.xx

Hi, what about something like a chinchilla/degu/rat etc.....can be just as affectionate but less chance of them being run over ;o]

Giant African Land Snails. Very easy to keep and very soothing to watch slithering around their tank. Of course, your may have a more exciting lifestyle, in which case they might be too slow for you!

do you give your cat lots of love and cuddles if you do it will not roam have youhad it neutered that stops them from roaming plus lots of kisses

why do a lot of people take the p when you say you like cats what is so wrong with cats they aren the most loving animal there is they are faithful and never leave you mine wait for me at the top of the street they know the sound of my car and r at the top of the street waiting for me and when they see me they follow me home if you give love to them they give it back one of mine is sitting with me now watching me doing this

If its any help I have a rescue cat which has lived in my bedrooms for ten years, never looking to come downstairs or go out, we spend time with daily and she has plenty of love and attention she really is content in her domain, I also have her brother who sleeps on the bed with on occassions but he chooses to go outside, to me she has the best of both worlds GypsyX
