If you don't want to use spray you may wish to consider using these.

Always found spraying the plants with water....especially the underside of the leaves to be a good remedy. RSM hate humidity and wet so get that little sprayer out and spray twice a day with tepid tap water. A tiny dash of fairy liquid may help too.
