Local Picture Quiz

A bit more help needed on my picture quiz please - all answers are places in the UK.
Picture 1 looks like a torn piece of paper and says Memo:- From Your Managing Director on Saturday 5th April 200? This company will be holding a charity one legged fun run. I hope that all employees will participate.
Picture 2 shows a tin can with a Heinz baked Beans label on it and what looks like a little girl in a cloak and hood tapping on the tin ( shows movement lines by her hand). The top of her head is about level with the top of the tin though I can't tell if she is tiny or the tin is big !
Picture 3 shows an old lady with white hair in a bun wearing a tabbard apron, she has her arms bent at the elbow and she looks to be pointing forward, slightly above the head of a little girl who is standing facing her, sucking her thumb. There is an arrow pointing at the dame's hand or at the old lady herself, it is hard to tell. These are much harder to write down than look at because it is hard to tell which bits are relevant. Hope that this makes sense to someone out there.
Thanks in advance :o)
