If a warrant is issued for you and it spells your name wrong is it still valid
It used to be years ago (showing my age) that legal work had to be accurate. However, over the years judging from letters from my solicitor it doesn't seem to matter how they spell your name now - as I have an unusual first name and maiden name they are frequently misspelt - does this make any legal document valid, say as in an arrest warrant? Scottish law here.
