ok, i feel a weird saying this on here, but does anyone haave any views that if you said them people would think you were a little weird, so you just dont say them?
Mine is: i dont get all hyped up abour paedophiles. I think it's wrong and very bad, its just i think there are worser things. I never say this to anyone in case they think
1)im cold and heartless or
2)i'm condoning paedophilla (which im certainly not) i will state again, it is very wrong, but i just cant get all het up about it - either because i dont have any children or because i think the media hypes things around the subject too much without me adding to it.

What un pc views do you have that you are willing to admit to?

I am with you 100 percent bednobs. Yes I want to see them burn at the stake, but I don't get all protesteth like some on here, and certainly not exited by child abuse also like some on here.

Personally I put terrorists and animal abusers slightly above child abusers in the grand scheme of things.

I don't get exited about them, i think it is wrong but its not somthing i am an active protester against.

im the same its just so blatantly obvious that paeophilia is wrong anyone with half a brain knows this and yes all child abusers should be executed but as there is no death penalty in the uk that wont happen, i dont see the point in banging on about it incessantly it will still be around long after all of us are gone

Not sure about what AB people think of my view, but one statement I live by is that people should work for their dole money..cleaning up parks, community work etc.

I have also said to people that nobody owes them a living and that you have to take responsibility for yourself.

I also believe that immigration should be tightened up, which leads people to believe that I am anti-immigration (I am not)

Because of those statements I was once called a Fascist.

No, not worse. But if I had the choice of torturing an animal abuser or a child abuser, I would opt to drip acid on those who abuse animals.

I have seen many aspects of human evil, but I can brush them off. Where I have seen animal abuse, I get upset.

also i am not anti asylum, but believe that asylum seekers should be locked up while they are being verified, so you can fnd them if they fail After all if you are under threat of death in your own country, surely being locked up is preferable?

very daring of you to post your thread here bednobs as people can have this incredible way on here of making out you are all sorts of things except what you really are!! I don't really feel the need to express my disgust at alot of things people do who are in need of help/removal from society/hanging, many many better informed people can do that just fins and when you try to simply explain how you feel about something they start to label you and ridicule your point. Apart ffom that i have no interest in anything serious in the world apart from earning a living and looking after my family, i am very shallow.

On the paedophilia front, it is a matter of degree. A man looking at a picture of a 16yo in a short skirt is hardly in the same league as what some others do with very small children. This is un-pc though, and as many have spotted, to be popular on AB you need to say what people want to hear all the time, or think they should be hearing, even if they don't personally believe it. It is amazing how people will sacrifice their personal principles to be called a good fellow and patted on the back.

To post a popular (well, let's just say politically correct) opinion on AB and have a mass of people saying Hear Hear well said, brings a small glow. It takes a deal more courage to post what you really think knowing that it will bring the wrath of the AB upon you. Or the faked wrath anyway.

You see this is when I get involved in arguments, bednobs!

It's like when I suggested that teenage mums were not offered housing and that the parents should be providing a home for their offspring and their grandchildren ~ after all, if the mums are teenagers they SHOULD be in their parents care. As far as I am concerned they shouldn't get benefits either (besides child benefit).

I then get the reply ''Oh, no government is going to do that'' to which I answer ''Well they bloody well should!!!!''

Both children and animals are defenceless against an adult who would do them harm. Both abuses are despicable. However I am shocked that you would feel less compassion for a human being.
