Bit of an odd question. All birds have nostrils- known as nares- either at the top of the upper half of the beak or in a fleshy part just above the beak known as the cere (as per budgie). However the answer to your question may be the kiwi as this is the only bird with nostrils at the tip of its beak.

Birds both pee and poo. They only have a single opening, called the cloaca, which serves both the intestinal and urinary tract. Most placental mammals possess two separate orifices for evacuation.
I think you may be after the Kiwi, this bird hunts by smell.
