Disguise for dangerous dogs?!

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.jules, I love it! The sad thing is, if BSL is rolled out across the UK, this is what people will have to do....Go out in the dark, or early in the morning, so they don't risk fines/bans/the death of their pet.
Already, dogs are demonised; I am glared at in public when I dare to take my dog to the cashpoint in town etc. And he's a COLLIE! Not the stereotypical dangerous dog. And I would certainly argue that my friend's Rottie/Alsatian crosses are less of a "danger" than our Jack.
ANy developments in BSL that you knowledgeable doggy folk know about?
