If the latter, I vote to include countryside people and republicans and racists and homophobes and the evil alien hippopotamuses who have come from another planet to destroy civilisation.
Seagulls were first introduced to this country in the 18th century by a group of travellers who kept them as pets, usually in poor condition, chained to a stake in the ground by the roadside.
They were introduced to the wild after several escaped and proved to be prolific breeders. To this day, they retain their Romany roots being generally found at the seaside or on rubbish tips and would rob you soon as look at you.
