Keep her indoors!! NOW!!....she is def in season...should last several weeks if I am not mistaken. Please, please get her spayed otherwise you will have a never-ending cycle of kittens and an annoying moggy constantly in heat.
yeah more than likely, prepare for many nights of broken sleep. i was in the same position with my first cat (didn't know anything about it) last year. she will probably be frisky and noisy for about 2 weeks, then she may calm down for a few days, then it'll start up again. when she seems likes she calmed down a bit, get her booked into the vets to get spayed. they won't (or usually don't) spay cats on heat because... i don't know why... its too tricky inside or something. haha, very technical. don't worry though, just get her booked in soon so you can get some sleep. xx
yeh...otherwise you will want to strangle the poor beast!!
If she is non-pedigree it might be wise to get her spayed ASAP as cats have mating cycles, and these cycles are affected by the time of year, usually in mid - winter, spring and again in late summer and autumn.
During these times, a female cat will go into heat every two to three weeks and stay in heat for days at a time until she's mated.
Cats that live indoors with controlled lighting or in warm climates, cycle all year round so can be in season all the time
If a human female tried to get herself a man using the "feline method" she would get locked up somewhere.

I see a trip to the vets in your future! :-)

My kitten just started doing this - wondered why there were so many cats hanging around outside!

Never mind, she's being spayed Friday!
My kitten is in season and seems to be making strange noises constantly does anybody know if there is anything i can do for her?
