Terrapins

I've had a yellow belly terrapin for a couple of years now. However as him being a gift and only receiving his minimum requirements (heater, filter) i didn't really know about other equipment needed. I've decided to spend my Christmas money / savings on renewing his home. I'd really like to get him a basking lamp, and this one seems perfect:

But what do i connect it to? Could somebody send me a link of a suitable light source to connect it to - or tell me otherwise as I'm not experienced with these kind of lamps!
