This might sound mad, but suppose you have two horses... Say if one was born in England and the other was born in India, would you be able to tell which was which? Can you distinguish where an animal was born?

Research shows that animals of the same species can have different accents if they are born in different countries (and even in different regions within the same country)

In the case of horses, most of them in India are from English stock from the days of colonisation so you wouldn't be able to tell them apart except with DNA testing. There could be a difference in their reaction to spoken commands if the Indian one is trained in a non-English language.

The free mustangs in the USA and wild brumbies in Australia can be identified from others by horse people but this has nothing to do with the specific country.

Free animals of the same species in different areas/habitat can easily develop different habits and/or song and can be identified where they are from by experts in their field. This is an area thing, not country.

well as the others have said you have documentation.my daughter was born in china but she no look chinese.i spose you could take eviromental things into consideration,food an exercise,it may make a difference in size and temperment.but if it came from same parents then it genetic and if ya born on moon that can't change
