how do you get rid of yours?

I've taken parcetamols 2hours ago and they are not working. I'm tired and have been under a bit of stress so I think that's why I've got one. will go for a walk on my lunch break.

any other suggestions of how to get through the day?

awwww poor you! hope youre feeling better soon, if you took the paracetamol two hours ago you could take ibuprofen now, that may help. I always find that if one doesnt cure it the other usually does. and i always think a walk in the fresh air helps!

I keep a wheat bag in a plastic bag in the freezer. If what I've got is a tension headache, I simply take it out and wrap it around the back of my neck for a while.

Turn down the light, put on some soothing music and just chill!
