Why stop at cartoons??.....why not references in books,newspapers....family photos...."the thought police told the Smith family that they had to remove all photos of uncle Harry and his cigar".....the possibilities are endless.

It is a churlish notion (it's what happens when you have middle class limp wristed liberals running things, pet peeve legislation) but it's not about existing films it's about new ones so the list won't be affected.
On B.B.C North West Tonight the spokesman said that (I think) 4000 kids start smoking because of movies in merseyside, dunno how he got to that figure.
