Inheritance=Horse riding plus family holiday in snowdonia??

Just wondered if anyone can help here. A small amount of money has been left to me by my father after he died last year, I would like to take me, my partner and our 18 month old son on a holiday to Snowdonia as my fondest holiday memory as a kid with my Dad is there (we stayed in a log cabin) ;and I want to actually DO something with the money. trouble is that I have always loved hose riding and my Dad knew that so I would like to at least get a few hours in of that, my toddler is too young to ride and his Dad not keen, so if anyone could suggest somewhere to stay where there are horse riding facilities nearby that would be fab! :O)
