Boxes on the moors
5 Answers
Whilst walking with my friend last week on the North Yorkshire Moors,we came across little green boxes with what looked liked crystals inside, covered with a cloth, and each box was anchored in by four stones. Does anyone know what these could be?

Geocaches tend to be tupperware type boxes and would usually be hidden from sight under a stone or something. And geocache boxes always contain a log for geocachers to sign, even when they are teeny-tiny. They very often are marked on the outside of the box 'Geocache. Contents harmless'.
I think you have stumbled on something quite odd, who knows, maybe there is a coven there!
