Hi not sure if anyone can help at all. But I have ordered some supplies from a company called hoof hearted equestrian supplies. The order went through fine & they have taken the payment through paypal with no problems but they seemed to be slow delivery the goods. After emailing them several times it became obvious they were not going to respond & several emails later they still have not responded. I have called them but they never answer & there is no answer machine. Can anyone help or has anyone had the misfortune of dealing with them at all??

You can probably get a refund from paypal though, it may take a few weeks to recover the money, but I have found them to be pretty good at providing refunds in the past.

I've not personally heard of the company in question, but a google/e.bay search seems fine but that does not necessarily mean anything. The first thing I�d do would be to contact PayPal and request a refund explaining the situation. Obviously it won�t happen just like that but by using this payment method should mean that you�re protected...but don't delay

Further to my other answer, this person sells on ebay which allows you to check their feedback. There is only 1 negative in 12 months but quite a few neutrals which state slow delivery.
All neutrals stated although slow on delivery the items were received. The negative did not get their item but was refunded. Also stated was the bad communication...hang in there and persevere, possibly write to them with the address Pickle found if you have not already done so...Good luck!!!

Hi - Unfortunately I have recently had the misfortune of dealing with this company and have had the same problem as you. I ordered an item 4 weeks ago - they have my money and are not returning it. Like you I have tried emailing and calling but no response. I am thinking of writing into one of the horse magazines to make other people aware to stay away from this dodgy website. I have been looking for any other contact info for them but not been successful so far.
Hi have just read your question, l to have had the misfortune of dealing with this company, the accepted my order and did not even have the item in stock, sent out another item the wrong size, which l returned at once. l now have no goods and they still have my money. Your correct they do not answer emails and do not answer the telephone. l have now asked Paypal to try and get my money back, l have been told to get Trading Standards involved, as how on earth can you run a business like that.
How do you explain to a child that they cannot supply the item, and they will not give you your money back? l do sympathize with you, it really is frustrating. Hope you get your money back.
