Oh.... cats are soooooo good for you ! My two sweeties have had me in stitches this afternoon - especially the little rascal ! She has just been caught *hunting* the washing line... and (errr, not) winning lol..... She leaped up to tackle the (steel cored) plastic line when I was getting the washing in. When I went to tighten the line up (I do so like a neat straight tidy line) she went ballistic and was last seen hurtling around the garden, bouncing up and down...
The older (ahem, more sensible cat) is slightly out of it on catnip, so she can't be trusted to play proper either... lol.... Do your feline friends make you giggle ?
My cats keep me sane by their insanity. Someone in our family has recently dropped a little plastic tag in our bathroom off a garment ticket. Minnie Mouse has spent dys chasing it around the bathroom, under and over the bath mats. My husband and I married late in life. So our cats are our children, and we laugh a lot.
LOL... Frankofile... I have an image here of your cats *catching* said garment tag and proudly displaying their kill to you.... hehe...look what we caught.....
All the time! They have such strange habits and ways about them - they are never boring. I watched Daisy sneak up behind Flossie in the garden the other day. Flossie is deaf so didn't hear her and jumped straight up in the air. They then spent a few minutes playing chase around the garden. Daisy has a shoe fetish and loves playing with my son's shoes. She bites them and scratches them with her back feet as if she's trying to kill them. And she was chasing a grape around the kitchen floor the other day - I had to get it out from under the fridge so she could carry on.
Daisy loves getting wet, her brother Dylan was the same. She loves to come in soaking wet during the early hours and purr all over me while I'm trying to sleep. She seems so pleased with herself but she makes such a noise and persists in wanting a fuss. At least she doesn't get in bed while she's wet like Dylan used to do, bless him.
