The obvious thing is to mention it to the vet when you take her in. You'll need to tell the vet how often the blood is present and if the amount varies at all. Is it in her urine as well? It may be because she hasn't been wormed but you can't take the chance. You MUST mention it. Hope the wee thing is ok.
Ring the vet and ask whether you should bring her in any sooner than early next week.

Try to take a sample when you go in a clean sealable container (like the ones you get for a pee sample from the drs).
If she has diarrhoea, the frequency will also cause the blood and she probably has an infection. A vet will clear this up with antibiotics very quickly but you need to take her asap. You should also make sure she has plenty of water to drink and definitely not milk.

Please take her to the vet! It's probably not this, but I recently lost a 2 year old male cat who had cystitis which developed into hepatitis. He was a lovely little cat and although I got him to the vet quickly and she did everything she could, he still died. Your kitten is still very young and may not have the immunity to infections, so I urge you to get her seen by a vet as soon as you can. I wish you the best of luck and please let us know how she is...? K xx
How's your kitten, wbt?
