greyhound in season

i have a greyhound she's 2 and half. this is first time in season due to being stopped' she doesnt seem to want to go on walks. does it affect them when in season

If she is off her food or showing any signs of depression in any other way I would get her seen by a vet as soon as possible.

It could possibly be a pyo. an infection of the womb that can be life threatening.

I have never know a dog in season not want to go for normal walks out (in fact most want to go out more to try and find a male dog!).
