I'm not 100% sure, but i think when parrots do their business, it is supposed to come out green, as it does not come out as poo or urine, but as uric acid, and the green and white stuff is the acid that has been removed from the kidneys, etc. Hopefully someone can expand on this, as i am not 100% sure, hope all is well.
I think it comes out in this form because it is less toxic, and it conserves water in the bird's body.
All parrot droppings are slightly dark green, ifit goes bright green and runny it mean liver problems.
If it comes out bright green and slightly runnier than usual, there is definitely something wrong. If it came on very suddenly it could be attributed to something the bird ate, perhaps a green/vegetable that it is not used to.

There could ofcourse be 1001 reasons which only a Vet can determine. Put a clean piece of paper under the bird in his cage so the vet has a fresh stool specimen to exemine It may be as simple as internal parasites/worms. Don't leave it to long as birds are extremely adept at visually hiding their illness, so be the time you can see they are sick, it may be too late.
