He could have eaten something bad or been poisoned or been in a fight and got a bad infection. The vet will check his temperature and his tummy and give him a good going over to find out what is wrong (possibly even take some blood tests). You really should take him tomorrow morning at the very latest if you can. Make sure he has some water nearby for tonight, dehydration can be serious.
No-one on here is going to be able to diagose what is wrong with your dog with the symptoms you give. We dont know the dogs history, his age, etc.
However, if he has been sick, has diahroah and generally unwell I would suggest you get him to the vets asap............if it were me, I would have called the emergency vet today as he could be getting severely dehydrated at this stage, and could have a soaring temperature which is a danger in itself.
Hope he is ok, keep us posted.

As said above, any worries about the health of an animal should be assessed by a vet.
Many vets run 24 hour clinics or out of hours service. If you ring your local vet's number then you should be given a number to ring.
At least if you speak to someone they may be able to guide you further, how to care for him for now and when he needs to be seen.
Good luck and please come back and let us know how you get on.

Just a thought, could he have eaten or drunk something he shouldn't have. Could be in the house, garden, on a wlak?
How old is he? Could he have been out without jabs or anything like that?
I'm not asking you to say on here but if that may be the case then please make sure whoever is treating him or advising on his care is aware of it.
Make sure he was water available, preferably boiled then cooled and only a little at a time so it doesn't make his sickness worse.
Try and make him comfy and make sure he's not too hot or cold and cool him down or get him warmed up accordingly.
