can anyone tel me how to care for a twisted willow plant

a twisted willow does well in most soil types, but should have ample moisture for best growth results. they do lack winter hardiness and can die back quite severely, but the newer hybrids of 'golden curls', which have yellow-green new shoots and 'scarlet curls', which have reddish new shoots are hardier.
