I know that sound a bit stupid but I'm just wondering are human beings the only creatures who wear clothes? Are there any animals(in the wild) who put on covering of any sort? By the way I'm not talking about Paris Hilton here puttin belt and braces on her shiatzu. I remember hearing one time that only humans and I think dolphins have sex for pleasure as well as procreation, so maybe some animals also cover their modesty, no?

Yes, the hermit crab, unlike other crabs, doesn't have a shell of its own so it uses the empty shells of molluscs. When it grows too big for it, the crab finds a larger shell to wear.Hermit crabs are known to fight over particularly good shells.
And the larva of the caddis fly, which lives underwater, cases itself in a coat made of small stones.
