If anything get into a good fitness regime to build a nice body tone.
You're only young so chances are you may well fill out more quite naturally.
A lot of the guys I went to uni with, especially the naturally thinner ones, have naturally filled out over the past 10 or so years.
The main thing is to be happy with the person you are rather than stressing about the way you look.

Having a healthy metabolism is good ... it means your body will use up what you put into it.
Questions are ...
What goes in?
And what does your body use it for?
Do you do resistance exercises? (weights, and that sort of thing)
If you do, eat your normal diet, but on days that you're working out, eat plenty of carbs (pasta, banana, avodados, etc). Afterwards, your body will try to repair the damage you have done to it ... so FEED your body with protein ... eggs, skimmed milk, fish, red meat, chicken.
That will build good muscle tissue, which is the only sort of weight you want to be putting on.

I really wouldn't worry too much nick - I'm sure you'll fill out as you get older.
I was always a 'skinny' kid & teenager (slim family genes), but I'm glad I was.
Some of my school friends were like me & we've grown into slender/ish ladies, unlike some of the more voluptuous girls, who now hate their big saggy boobs & bot's.
(Mind you, you might be a fella!) lol
