However in the waiting room was a lady who has been told to give her puppy calpol ( not sure how to spell it) which is a childrens medicine. He also told me that milk of magnisium helps tummy upsets as well. I asked the vet if the childrens medicine would help diarrhoea in my dog he said the medicine that I mentioned would line the stomach not damage the dog but more than likely would not help.
However havent had the nerve to try it on my girl yet!
