MAGGOTS KEEP COMING ACROSS OUR BACK DRIVE AREA FROM OUR NEIGHBORS YARD. WE HAVE A DOG AND A CAT. HOW DO WE KILL THE MAGGOTS WITHOUT HARMING OUR PETS?

Maggots will only survive if they have a food source such as rotting meat etc. Have a chat with you neighbour and mention it to them. It might kitchen waste that is causing the problem, or a dead animal there. In the short term use boiling water on them or hose the area down. Unfortunately unless the 'source' is removed the problem will continue.
