Out of Earth solution for Global Warming.....

Guys,
As you might know Japan has recently launched a satellite for monitoring CO2 levels.....
By that practise, will it be possible to create a device sort of thing that when placed at strategic points above the earth's troposphere or outer space, would absorb CO2 and pump it to outer space...

As far - fletched and silly my idea is.........I do really want to know whether such a thing is ever possible?????

We need not be concerned about other layers at this stage since the green house gases are known to be present in the troposphere region.......since as you go higher the gases become inert......
