:)
Fishing is NOT cruel, despite what all the anti this anti that brigade will tell you. it is a simple fact that they do not have the physical attributes to feel pain, they have found some crude nosciceptors in some fish (the part of an animal that can react to pain) but they do not have the required part of the brain to receive that information. PETA and all the other loonies (PETA bering the organisation that takes in all the stray animals in Virginai then puts them all to sleep) has been laughed out of America but tries it on else where. I have seen trout with there innards on display having been attacked by a pike happily feeding away on the surface of a lake on insects. I am quite sure that when caught during angling they are inconvenienced but fish such as carp live to over 50 years of age and named carp ( recognised by their scale patterns) are caught time and time again and suffer no ill effects.
