Sky + Menu Changed Colour

My Sky Menu's colour on the right hand side has changed from white writing on blue to blue writing on white. This has coincided with my niece who needs the sub titles switched on, using the Remote. I've turned the subtitles off but does anyone know why the colour has changed.I need sunglasses to look at it now.

How do I return it to white on blue please?

unplug it from the mains and plug it back in again

Thanks bobthe turkey. It didn't change the colour back to what it used to be BUT, it did allow me to tune into normal terrestrial channels which I haven't been able to do for a while. Thank You
