Dogs are opportunists and will soon take over the top dog position in the pack if they can (and you are part of his pack!). Your Pomeranian has obviously noticed that if he shows his displeasure when you do something he would rather you didn't...you don't do it! The only way to stop this is to make it clear that you are the boss....a hard thing to do I know! Make sure that you always go through doorways before he does, eat before he does, don't allow him up on your lap, furniture etc., and make sure that he 'earns' every bit of fuss, treat or playtime with you. He has to earn it by doing something for you...like perhaps sitting nicely. Eventually he should learn that you are the boss, and go back to being his sweet natured self all the time - you will be able to let him on your lap/furniture again, but make sure that when you ask him to get down he does...any trouble and it's back to no priveliges for a while!
I hope this helps...I do know how hard it is, but it's worked with my wee dog and we have a great relationship now that she knows her place!
