what do moths eat??

What do moths eat becasue all you ever see them doing is fluttering around your lightbulbs?

Also would a frog eat a moth if it was near him?

and do frogs eat dragonflies?

I too for many years have wondered what Moths eat.

I expect a frog would eat a moth or any other flying insect, including Dragonflies.

I've also wondered, where do Bumble Bees live, has anyone seen a baby pigeon and how come you see some flies in the winter?

i actually haven't seen a baby pigeon thinking about it now! you see all the other baby birds taking flying lessons from their mums and catching worms in the garden but not pigeons! maybe they're born instantly old looking

but i do know that certain bumble bees live in little holes in the ground you can make little nests for them with a small tube pipe and some long dog hair which they will live in for up to two years i think!

when pigeons leave the nest they are pretty much identical to adults.
Most moths are nectar feeders. Some feed on fruit, sap or rotting matter. Some however only feed in the caterpillar stage- adult lifespan of adult moths (and butterflies) tends to be very short
Frogs will eat moths and also dragonflies if they can get hold of them

If it moves and the frog's mouth is big enough they will eat anything!
