what do moths eat??

What do moths eat becasue all you ever see them doing is fluttering around your lightbulbs?
Also would a frog eat a moth if it was near him?

but i do know that certain bumble bees live in little holes in the ground you can make little nests for them with a small tube pipe and some long dog hair which they will live in for up to two years i think!
