Are cheetah also from panthera group & if not which group does it fall in?I also want to know how many species of tigers are left in the wildand also there names scientific s well as common.I know about Siberian N Bengal tigers are these the name of there species or they are called so because they are found there Thank You

There is only one living species. All modern cats fall into those three subfamilies, and the extinct sabretooths made up a fourth (the Machairodontinae).
There is only one species of tiger (Panthera tigris), but there are a number of subspecies -- which are all extinct or extremely threatened.
