i like the effect rain water has on my decking,any1 know of a good oil that would give this effect

I assume you mean the rich looking, deeper color when its wet. Any good polyurethane deck finish will work... just make sure it's not tinted or "semi-transparent'. Here in the U.S., my choice of finish is Thompson's having used it with satisfaction for years. It goes on easily with a roller and lasts for a year or two, even through our severe winters...
