Short answer: no.  Even if you raise it from a kitten, the European Wild Cat (Felis Sylvestris) will grow up to be solitary, a hunter, vicious when it feels threatened, and in no way will eat from a bowl, sit on a lap or let you pet it.  The domestic cat (Felis Domesticus) is descended from the African Wild Cat (Felis Lybica), and even then the Egyptians didn't achieve it overnight.
