I can find lots of sites that give details of how many calories are in certain foods, but is there one that tells you how many in a meal, rather than in individual items, i.e. if I had a roast dinner, followed by apple pie and ice cream, or fish fingers and waffles, with a slice of bread and butter and a couple of picked onions etc.
If you're eating roast dinners, apple pies, ice-cream, fish fingers and waffles why are you bothering to count your calories. You can't be trying to lose weight, surely... LOL
Slimfast! Lost half a stone in a week, still eating the main meal of roast or fish fingers, chicken burgers - you can even have a McDonalds if you stick to regular hamburger and fries!
