I can't spell it ,but why do cows always have runny poo?I know they are ruminants with lots of stomachs, but so are sheep and they do nice rabbity little pellets, whereas you just don't want to stand behind old Buttercup at the wrong moment!

There are also many ruminants that live in arid regions -qv. many species of gazelle, camels etc. etc. that don't have 'runny poo' for the sake of preserving moisture.
So, I'm as curious as you, chickenwoman, about bovines' (as opposed to ovines') ...err.... droppings.
